I am very pleased with the kitchen and floor renovations completed in my apartment. The team was neat, professional, and delivered quality workmanship throughout the project. Their attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace were particularly impressive. I would highly recommend their services.

Thanks so much to Ivan and his team at BSc Building and Renovations. This is the second job he has done for us. The first, transforming a dingy back room into a bright and functional study that the whole family enjoys. This second job, transforming my mom’s dated townhouse which she could not sell, into a bright modern home that was snapped up the minute a potential buyer saw it.

Ivan, for the advice you gave us, for your patience in answering our endless questions about what we should do, for the hands-on supervision you did of the work, and for sharing our happiness at how our study turned out and celebrating our excitement when my mom’s place was sold for such a great price we are truly grateful! Thank you from us all!

Our experience with Ivan and his team from BSc building and renovations was exceptional! They gave us impeccable service, from receiving the quotation for our renovation to them doing an amazing job in our bathroom and replacing our doors throughout the house. Just looking at our new bathroom and doors on a daily basis puts a smile on our faces and we can see the pride they take in their work! I highly recommend them because of their professionalism and efficiency.

BSc building and renovations just completed my kitchen and bathrooms renovation. I only have praises for Ivan and his team. They were the best quote I received from different companies. Their professionalism, expertise and fast paced work put my mind at ease throughout the process. They completed the work to my vision and I am ecstatic with the results. This is a great company to use for young people who don’t know much about renovations as they have many years experience and can give great guidance. I highly recommend using BSc building and renovations for your next home improvement project!
